PRIVACY POLICY

(Last updated: September 19, 2026)

Penguin Designz respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through penguindesignz.shop, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide when you place an order, request a custom item, use the contact form, or join our email list. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, personalization instructions, uploaded artwork, and messages you send us.

How we use your information

We use this information to process and fulfill orders, create personalized products, arrange shipping or local pickup, answer questions, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and send newsletters or promotions when you have chosen to receive them.

Payments

Payments may be processed by PayPal or a card-payment provider available at checkout. Those providers handle payment details under their own privacy policies. Penguin Designz does not receive or store your full card number.

How information is shared

We share information only when needed to operate the store, such as with payment processors, website and email providers, and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and website tools

The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar tools to keep the store working, remember cart activity, understand site use, and support checkout. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, although some store features may not work correctly.

Email choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Transactional messages about an order may still be sent.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer service, legal obligations, and business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact Penguin Designz at penguindesignz2020@gmail.com or (603) 661-7028.
